On September 9th, 2023, Compassion Catering once again catered a hit event – Maegan and Killion’s wedding. They were thrilled to be entrusted as the caterers for this special event. Chef Nick and Nazzy really outdid themselves with the food and the guests thoroughly enjoyed it.
Maegan and Killion, thank you for entrusting Compassion Catering to cater your wedding. Although it was their first time catering for 150 people, they pulled it off with great success.
For dinner, they served up smoked chicken and brisket tacos wrapped in fresh, hot tortillas, with pickled red onion, cilantro, and avocado, all topped off with homemade crema and loads of fresh limes. Cilantro lime rice, accompanied by loads of fresh-made condiments. The Elote corn salad with a hint of spices was a crowd-pleaser among the guests.
As for the appetizers, they started off with a fall apple-pear salad tossed in a homemade lemon vinaigrette, adding a refreshing element to the meal. They also served jalapeno poppers with a fresh raspberry chipotle sauce, bringing a delicious bit of spice to the table. And of course, no wedding is complete without chips and salsa, which they made from scratch.
They are grateful that Maegan and Killion allowed them to be part of such a special day and cannot wait for the opportunity to cater their future events.
Nazzy, who decorated all of the glamour together with the couple, put it perfectly, “You guys’ rock!” Maegan also expressed her gratitude, saying “Thank you guys for saving the day, you guys are a blessing.
Once again, Compassion Catering congratulates Maegan and Killion on their special day, thank you for allowing Compassion Catering the opportunity to be a part of it!
